We offer the convenience of saving your information to your account so you won't have to re-enter it at a later time.
Since we provide mobile services we will ask for your full name and contact information including a current phone number and email. We will also require the address of where the service will take place to estimate travel time, cost, and ensure we arrive on time for your session.
When a client books a service with us, they are usually required to pay a deposit beforehand in agreement with our booking policies. In these cases or when you choose to pay online ahead of time for your service, you will be asked to enter your credit or debit information during your booking process. You will have the option to save your payment method to your account for later use.
We will only charge you at the times of deposit, when booking a service, for a cancellation or rebooking in agreement with our cancellation policy, if a client consents to any additional charges, or on your payment date of your service plan if you choose to purchase one. Media Data
At the time of service our employees may collect video footage or photos for our records to show the session process and the progression of results from start to finish. These videos or images may also be used on our social media pages to promote our services and showcase our capabilities to potential future clients. Our website will also feature a gallery to show some of our work and pictures or videos we capture on the job may be posted there as well.
These images or videos will never show any personal or private information such as a person's home, address, license plate or any identifying information. We will never disclose a client's name, personal photo or personal information unless they decide to do so in a review. These videos or images will show full view and up close angles of the vehicle or boat before, during the process, and of the final inspection at the end of the service. This shows our employees professional skills and lets clients get a better idea of our service process and the amazing before and after results we can provide.
Any photos or videos that are taken by the employee at the time of service may be shared on our business social media pages and website. These photos or videos may be edited for quality purposes and will never include the client's personal information unless they ask for their name to be featured on a social media post.
Any media or client information obtained or collected by our website, forms, or employees is used for our business, website, or social media purposes only. This provides convenience for members who hold an account with us and book recurring services so they can save and view their information at any time.
