
Our Liability Agreement & Service Policies
Our Liability Agreement is a waiver all clients must sign when they book a service. It is an agreement between Advantage Detail Solutions and our client.
It states that our business and our employees will not be responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or boat at the time of your session.
Advantage Detail Solutions will not be responsible for any loose or personal property left behind at the time of your service. Please remember to remove anything prior to your session.
Our Service Pricing Policy
This policy is between Advantage Detail Solutions and it's client.
Our Service Pricing policy states that our service pricing and session durations at the time of booking are an estimate only.
Each service is personalized to each vehicle or boat. The size and severity of a vehicle's condition can impact time or services needed. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, so we always want to ensure a quality result.
Certain services or repairs may require additional time and materials which can add to overall service costs.
Clients who upgrade their service or include any add ons should expect additional time and cost in addition to their original booking estimate.

Cancellation or Rebooking Policy
Please read our policy before booking your service.
Our Cancellation or Rebooking policy is between Advantage Detail Solutions and our client and states the following, to avoid any cancellation fees or lost deposits please remember to cancel or make any schedule changes to your service at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled date.
Failure to do so may result in 50% to 100% service cost and lost deposits. We will always send a reminder ahead of time to give you the opportunity to cancel or reschedule.

Weather Disclaimer
Please read our policy before booking your service.
Our Weather Disclaimer states that services that are set to take place outdoors may be cancelled on the same day of your session due to extreme weather. If client has an indoor garage or workshop that is suitable for a detail service, and the weather is still safe enough for travel then the session may still take place at the client's request.
In the event of extreme weather such as heavy rain, winds, severe thunderstorms, and natural disasters services will have to be rescheduled to ensure the safety of our employees and clients, as well as ensure a quality detail. Weather elements and debris can greatly impact service results and we strive to give our clients nothing but high quality.
Clients are not responsible for cancellation or service fees in the event of a weather cancellation or a rescheduling on the part of Advantage Detail Solutions. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our business policy and disclaimers.
